We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment if you're not satisfied. Just email us, no complicated justifications needed.

For later subscription renewals, please cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Payments for periods already started are not pro-rated, but you keep access until the end of the paid period.

One-time payments unlock digital content delivered immediately. Under digital-content law, by completing the payment you agree that delivery begins right away. If you hit a technical issue or the content wasn't delivered, contact us and we'll fix it or refund it.

Email contact@astriasky.com from your account address with a short note. We process requests within a few business days, refunded to the original payment method.
