Astria is a digital platform offering:

• Astral calendar, lunar ritual, solar return (paid plans)

The service is informational and spiritual entertainment in nature. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Astria.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities conducted under it.
• One account per person, creating multiple accounts to circumvent Free plan limits is prohibited.
• Information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.

Astria offers three plans:

• Free, free, with limited features.
• Astral, monthly (€4.99/month) or annual (€39/year) subscription.
• Cosmic, monthly (€9.99/month) or annual (€79/year) subscription.

Payments are processed securely by a PCI DSS certified provider. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No early termination fees apply.

We strive to keep Astria available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary unavailability of the service.

To the extent permitted by law, Astria is not liable for decisions made based on AI content, indirect losses, or data loss due to causes beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account for violation of these terms. You may request account deletion at contact@astriasky.com.

Significant changes will be communicated at least 14 days before taking effect, via email or in-app notification.

These terms are governed by Romanian law and European Union law. Any disputes will be resolved amicably or by the competent courts of Romania.
